The trailhead is approximately 4 hrs drive away. There is Ozette campground and Lost Resort (they do have camp sites avilable) at the trailhead in case you don't want to do the drive in the morning and decide to spend the night nearby.

The trail is flat board walk that goes through the nice forest. The campsites are located in the forest along the beach.

On Saturday we will meet and hike to the campsites. We will setup our camp, have lunch and then will explore the beach, hop on the logs and look for tide pools on the low tide. In the morning we will pack and walk out to the trailhead.
