We will meet at 5:30PM at the Red Town Trailhead. After a quick chat we will be off :)
This is a leashed dog-friendly run with the leader's permission, see below for details.
There are outhouses at the trailhead.
Plan
We are going to go pretty slow, HR Zone 2 or 3 at most. For pacing, if people are speedy we will go ~13min miles, otherwise we will go ~17min miles, it really depends on people’s HR zone.
Sunset is at 8:19pm, which means if we want to do the whole 12 miles, we need to be on the speedy side, but once we have an idea of our pace, there are several ways we can make the aspirational route shorter.
We have plenty of safe turn around and trim points, but just in case, participants should bring headlamps.

Required Equipment
Please wear layers of breathable, technical clothing suitable for outdoor aerobic activities.
