The focus is on building our aerobic base. I tend to hike at a moderate pace. In my case that means, we will climb around 1000-1200 feet per hour. On the way down, we will go between 2-3 mph.
My goal is to foster an environment where people have a good time and feel part of team. If you are absolute crusher on the uphills, then you may be frustrated by the pace.
if you want to bring training weight, then feel free to do so.
Eastgate P&R at 7AM or Little Si trailhead at 8 AM.
