Conditioning hikes, snowshoes, scrambles, and anything else related to fitness for climbers and climbing students.

The focus of this conditioner is on building our aerobic base, we will be moving at 1000' per hour (or faster depending on the group's ability).

Meeting at 8:00am at the upper trailhead parking lot. We'll be taking the Old trail up, and possibly taking the New trail down depending on how much ice we run into on the Old trail. About 3800' elevation gain in 3.2-ish miles on the old trail, and 5.2 miles coming down if we take the new trail.

Please bring microspikes, trekking poles, snacks, and layers - it could be cold and windy at the top (don't forget gloves!). An email will go out on Thursday with any last minute information.
