A pie day extravaganza! Burn some calories and earn some pie? Up the old Mailbox trail and down the new trail.

  • Very Strenuous, Snow Scramble, Winter Scramble

  • Mileage: 7.5 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 4,100 ft

The focus is on building our aerobic base. I tend to hike at a moderate pace.  In my case that means, we will climb around 1000-1200 feet per hour. On the way down, we will go between 2-3 mph. 

My goal is to foster an environment where people have a good time and feel part of team.  If you are absolute crusher on the uphills, then you may be frustrated by the pace.

Eastgate P&R at 645 or mailbox peak trailhead at 8 AM.
