Self assessment to be done on your own between 2/1-2/15/23.

Record your time, carry designated weight/gear and then report back through form provided during lecture.  

This field trip is designed to give the students a gauge of their current fitness level.  Participants will be required to carry 40 pounds (in your backpack) up the Mt. Si trail.
