Hiking Conditioning Series

The series will focus on progressively increasing hike times and pack weight to maximize mountain fitness. Currently for Bellingham Branch members only.

11 week course focusing on progressively improving uphill strength and endurance for the climbing season.

Backpack and ability to increase carried weight, e.g. small weights, water bottles, gear, etc.
