Baker Lodge Group Booking Request The form to request a group stay at our Baker Lodge for groups of ten or more people. Please complete this form if you have a group of ten or more who would like to use our Baker Lodge. If your group is smaller than ten, you may make a reservation directly. Visit our Baker Lodge page to learn more about staying with us. Reservation Guidelines: Reservations are processed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Winter Reservations (December - March) are accepted September 1 - October 31. Summer Reservations (August - September) are accepted May 1 - June 30. Reservations outside of these peak seasons are accepted any time. All reservations are subject to volunteer hosts' availability.
