Mountaineers Books is a nonprofit outdoors and recreation publisher based in Seattle, Washington.

As a part of The Mountaineers, we share a common mission to enrich the community by helping people explore, conserve, learn about, and enjoy the lands and waters of the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

We pursue this mission by leading innovation in outdoor education, by engaging a vibrant community of outdoor enthusiasts, and by advocating on behalf of the natural world.
