Some people experience muscle cramping from intense physical activity, especially on longer endurance days. With their combined know-how on nutrition, training, and cooking, coach Mercedes and Maria will share tips and tricks from their book Peak Nutrition on how to properly fuel to recover faster and to lower the risk of injury.
