Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 14 days. All returned items must be in their original condition. Your packing slip is not a prepaid mailing label. Customers must pay for return shipping.
- All returns made at customer’s expense.
- Returns must be unmarked and in resalable condition.
- No credit will be given for books received damaged. Examples of damaged books include: bent corner or spine; bent, crumpled or dirty pages; ink marks and cut marks; glue residue; store specific stickers, price stickers and security devices; water damage; and other extreme damage.
- Returns must be packed in cartons weighing less than 50 pounds.
- Books should be packed horizontally in the box, with sufficient packing material to prevent damage during return.
- Paperwork, and original invoice information, must be included in all shipments to expedite return. Returns received without paperwork, will be credited at 55% of list price i.e., if the list price is $18.95, the credit will be for $8.53.
- Email return tracking info and packing slip to customer service.
- Damaged books received from publisher must be reported within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for credit or replacement. All other discrepancies in shipment must also be reported within 30 days.
- We will only return damaged books when customer responds within 30 days of notification and return at customer’s cost.
- Credit will be given for old editions if returned within 6 months of publication of new edition and for out-of-print, if returned within one year of OP date.
- Credit for returns will be applied to customer’s account – there are no cash refunds.
- Credits expire 2 years from date of issue.
