May 14, 2016. Smithbrook road was still snow covered and blocked by a couple of downed trees 1/4 of a mile from Hwy 2. We scrambled 10 miles with 3,900 of elevation gain. Car to car in 8 hours and 30 minutes. 80% of the route was covered in snow but it is melting out fast.
