Seattle Olmsted Circuit: Ballard Locks to Rainier Beach to Ballard Locks
Sec3 Loop walk 02 April with light rain (not measurable), 40's. Marsh Island challenging west end--high water.

Bridges connecting Marsh and Foster including walkways along shorelines all in good condition, benefiting from new decking in ?January. Entering from west, initial Marsh walkway underwater with ineffective plank placement. Improved to simply muddy in 20 m. Remainder of route on islands passable--good given that lake level only an inch or so lower in places.
Trio on private walk started 8am and finished Loop section less than two hours later. Met challenge of sunken passage by balancing alng about 3m of 8by4. Able to get a little veg support from branches, Walk remainder without challenges and saw bald eagle pair on Foster and enormous next on slight detour into Montlake Playfield.
