The route is in late season conditions. Lot's of open cracks and crevasses. There is one particularly spicy snow bridge crossing directly below the pumice ridge. Roman face was very easy going.
Great late season climb of Baker. We had a full 12 climbers. We camped off snow at Heliotrope ridge. We got an early start of 1:30 AM. All climbers on summit at 7:30AM. Back down to the camp by 11:30-12:00 for a leisurely pack up and hike out. Back at TH by 2:30.
Weather was great, but as we were on our way out a weather system was quickly moving in.
