We started by going to Sugarloaf since the forecast was 50% chance of rain starting at 11AM. Nice views there, down to Whistle Lake where we saw local hikers and some sunshine. Up to Sugarcube where we lunched in the sun and watched as a Bald Eagle soared overhead. Does it get any better than that? No, but we all made it back safely, were tired and many slept in the car on the drive home (except me, of course, I was driving).
