There has been a lot of trail work. The trail is much easier than in the past. The water crossings were dry.
All Trails lists higher mileage, 11 mi. and 2670 ft elev.gain, than WTA and the default for this trip in the club database. That was a better match with hikers devices.
We had a great group and what a perfect day. It was warm and sunny and fall colors are here. The lakes are lower than I have seen them, but still beautiful.
