Day Hike - Paradise
The Lakes/Skyline/Narada Falls loop hike reminded us that there is a good reason why this area is called Paradise. It was the most scenic hike I've done this year - stunning views, peak flower displays, beautiful lakes, impressive waterfalls - this hike had it all.

Road is suitable for all vehicles. Trails were in good shape.
We arrived at the Reflection Lake trailhead at 8:00 am and there was plenty of parking for six cars.
Starting from Reflection Lake, we followed the Lakes and Upper Lakes trails to the Mazama Ridge. Flowers in this are were at near peak bloom. We continued climbing on the lower portion of the Skyline Trail to the junction of the Golden Gate Trail which we followed down to the Paradise visitors center. There were a large number of hikers on the Skyline Trail and the crowds at Paradise were crazy. We continued down the Lakes trail and added additional distance by following the Narada Falls trail and returning to Reflection Lake on the Wonderland Trail.
