Day Hike - Big Four Ice Caves

Trail is one of the best maintained I've been on. Ice caves were just forming with the usual stupid people climbing out onto the ice. Most of the warning signs have been removed, for whatever reason. The ranger, who hiked up to the end of the trail, said they weren't allowed to say anything to people putting themselves in danger.

We saw a wide variety of flowers and birds. We were a few weeks early for the fireweed blooms. Very surprised to find wild poppies 3/4 up the trail.
