Crag Rock Climb - Otter Falls

With minimal rain in the last week, the route was dry with the exception of seasonal wetness near the bottom.  The second anchor is under water (in the falls, as noted in the seasonal beta), requiring an odd step down from the alternative anchor.  Extra care is needed to keep ropes out of the wetness/moss/muck on the approach and first pitches.
