Awesome snow conditions, moderate avalanche hazard.
Fun day with a fun group and amazing snow conditions, due to recent cold temperatures. We explored up the basin to an overlook of the basin and Red Mountain at about the 4100' elevation marker. Took the alternate way down to the Sahalie Ski Club on our return trip, after the standard old Commonwealth Basin trail approach.
