Ancient Lake

Very pretty little hike in that desert sort of way. We had a small group of five B3 backpackers for a midweek, Mon - Tues, trip. Ours were the only cars at the trailhead, we were the only people in the canyon. Navigation was a breeze with the trail easy to follow and the canyon wall a nice guide in and back out. Funny to say it, it rained and that was wonderful, just enough that you got wet if not prepared and it soaked into the desert enough to keep the dust down to zero.
