Alpine Scramble - Pyramid Peak
We did the Fishers Hornpipe route and returned through Indian Henrys and came out at the Kautz Creek Trailhead. Great group, excellent weather for a long trip.

Snow in Indian Henrys and the basin below Pyramid, lots of water on the trail in basin.
We left from the Wonderland Trail at Longmire and ascended the ridge at about 4600'. At about 5700 ft we came to a buttress and had to circle around on the West side of buttress, you must stay high at this point to make your way into the basin below Pyramid. From there we were able to go up a snow filled gulley and located the bootpath to the Summit. Our return was through Indian Henrys where there is still snow and lots of water on the trail. Our GPS showed 14 miles and 4900' of Elevation gain.
