Forest road hike in was flat and easy, trail up the ridgeline was easy to find with a couple of blowdowns requiring step over moves, most of the scrambling rock near the summit was snow free, and the last push was on steep snow.
Was a lovely outing with 5 Mountaineers overall. Forest Service road hike in was flat and pleasant. The climbers trial up the mountain had a couple of blowdowns, but they were easy to climb over. The scramble rocks near the summit were clear of snow, mostly. The last 20 meters to reach the summit ridge required ice axes, micro-spikes, and kicking steps. Panoramic views from the summit, where we enjoyed lunch, were impressive. Overall, very nice group enjoyed the outing.
