Alpine Scramble - Chutla & Eagle Peaks

Initial plan was to scramble Eagle and Chutla only but given beautiful weather and group appetite for additional Tatoosh peaks, we decided to add Wahpenayo to the mix as well. Great decision! We ended up accumulating 4,400 ft and 11 miles in a 9 hour day with about 20 minutes on each summit. Beautiful up there, green meadows, flowers, found blueberries before we got above the three line but (not desired) mosquitoes were pretty aggressive with some of us. No water sources close by the route, except the small stream two miles in on the trail.
