This will be a brisk walk hovering around 3 MPH on a mostly flat paved trail, so please plan accordingly.  If you do not want to walk this fast, please do not sign up.

That being said, we should have fun and hopefully the fall sun will shine for us as we walk along the water!  We'll walk SE from the parking garage by Centennial Park to the Olympic Sculpture Park where we'll climb to the top and walk along Western to Pike Place Market and the Overlook Walk.  Here we will slow our pace down, have a snack and a restroom break, and take in the views and new public park space!  We'll wander down past the aquarium before picking our pace back up again to return along the Elliot Bay trail to where we began.

At the Overlook Walk, Therese (who is both a Mountaineer and part of the Office of the Waterfront) will join us to lead a tour of the project at Noon.

I hope to get our heart rates up on a Monday and see something new!

Meet just before 10:30 AM at the parking garage building at the Interbay end of the Elliot Bay Trail.

Address: 1280 16th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119
