Urban Walk - Llandover Woods and Dunn Gardens

We will start out walking northwest, on neighborhood streets (no sidewalks) gradually descending until we reach the south entrance to Llandover Woods. Continuing on the well maintained gravel trails, we will walk through the park and back uphill to the Llandover entrance/ parking area at 3rd Ave NW and NW 145th St. From here, it is a short walk on sidewalk along 3rd Ave NW  to the Dunn Garden entrance. Leader is a Dunn Garden member and can take participants through the garden as guests. 

Walk will be at a comfortable, social pace (1.5-2.0 mph) staying together. There is a restroom available at the Dunn Garden for use before starting or upon return. There is limited parking along Northshire Rd. NW. The start/end point is also accessible by #5 bus on Greenwood Ave.N./ NW 137th St. 15 min. walk to the east of Dunn Garden. 

We will meet at the Dunn Garden white entrance gates at 13533 Northshire Rd., Seattle, WA at 9:45am for a briefing and start out promptly at 10:00am. Anticipated end at noon although participants can stay longer in the garden. More details to follow in Hello Walker email.
