Meet at 10 AM at the north entrance to the Capitol Hill Light Rail Station (SE corner of E. John St. and Broadway).  Parking in Capitol Hill is difficult--take Light Rail from any number of stations to the walk start.  If one prefers to drive, your best bet is likely street parking to the north and east of the station.  Carefully read those parking restriction signs.  Alternately, we could arrange to meet up with you at Volunteer Park.
