Leader's notes

This run is suitable for all levels of runners but you should have recently run a similar distance. We can break up into a slower and faster group if necessary. No one will be left behind and it's almost impossible to get lost.  The Cross Kirkland Corridor Trail is well-drained, packed gravel so this route will be in good condition even in wet weather.  Headlamp required.
