Stewardship - Oakland Bay Historical Park Conservation Easement (Shelton)

Come out for a fun day cleaning out tree swallow nest boxes at Oakland Bay Historical Park with Capitol Land Trust! We'll also walk to Malaney Creek to check out the salmon spawning, and we may even pull some small scotch broom from along the shoreline.

We will meet at 10:00 am in the parking lot and enjoy a half mile walk to  the project site. Oakland Bay Historical Park is located at 1570 E Agate Road, Shelton, WA 98584.

Please bring water and snacks/lunch. We will be walking about half a mile downhill to the project site and half a mile uphill to get back to vehicles, so please also bring sturdy walking shoes. Dress for the weather including layered clothing, rain gear, hats, and gloves.
