Overnight clockwise circumnavigation of Fidalgo Island. Last year was a waterfall, cinnamon rolls, caving and orcas! Camping on pretty Skagit Island if available.

You must have kayak camping experience and be able to paddle over 3 knots with a loaded boat for 15 nm both days. Experience in Deception Pass or equivalent conditions is required. We will be going through Canoe Pass around slack but paddlers should be prepared for some current with potentially rough conditions if not. Drysuits are required plus helmets and gloves if exploring caves. Parking is free but camping fees will apply.

Required Equipment
These eight essentials plus The Ten Essentials are required on all sea kayaking trips. All but the whistle and clothing should be provided with any kayak rental.
- Floatation in both ends of the kayak
- U.S. Coast Guard approved Personal Flotation Device (PFD)
- Paddle
- Spray skirt
- Bilge pump with floatation
- Self-rescue paddle float
- Waterproof whistle
- Appropriate clothing for the conditions encountered seasonally
