- To prepare for some serious elevation gain on scrambles this season the plan is to go up Cable Line TWICE
- We will walk up Cable Line, regroup at the summit, then run down the regular Tiger 3 trail back to the cars, short break to refuel if needed, then rinse and repeat
- You should have a target time of an hour or less to get up Cable Line (if you are not sure what your time is, send me an email first)
- I will likely carry extra weight (water) up on the first loop, dump it on the summit, then do the second ascent with a light trail running pack only
- You can choose whatever training setup works for you and also call it quits after the first loop
