Flatwater Packraft - Sammamish River
Float and paddle the scenic lower Sammamish River as it winds it's way to Lake Washington under a canopy of trees, all while keeping a keen eye out for the elusive Green Heron. We will continue to Log Boom Park where we will then join packrafters for the fourth annual packrafting potluck.

This is a mentored leader trip and my first time leading a packraft trip.
Please monitor the weather and be prepared for cold.
At the conclusion of the trip we will have the fourth annual packrafting potluck at Log Boom Park. This potluck was postponed in December due to the atmospheric rivers that hit the region and caused record breaking flooding.
If you are unable to join us for the paddle, please come and join us for the potluck to celebrate the successful paddling trips of 2025!
Meet at the takeout, Log Boom Park in Kenmore, at 9:00 am. We will organize the shuttle and drive to the put-in at Brackett's Landing in Bothell.
Onsite parking at Log Boom Park is limited. Public on-street parking exists along NE 175th east from 61st-68th Avenue NE.
Parking at Brackett's Landing is limited to street parking only.
