This is a popular easy early season hike, close to home, that takes you on the first leg of the hike across Rattlesnake Mountain to Rattlesnake Lake on the east end. The nice view at our lunch stop makes the hike worthwhile. There is a restroom at the trailhead, but not on our hiking route.
Meet at 10 AM at the trailhead, near the restroom in the parking lot for the Rattlesnake Mountain Trail, near Snoqualmie Point Park. To get there, go east on I-90 to Exit 27. Turn right at the end of the exit and follow the road to a right turn shortly before reaching Snoqualmie Point Park. A Discover Pass must be displayed by each car at the trailhead parking lot.
