Day Hike - Mima Falls
Preference given to 2026 Olympia Conditioning Hiking Series participants. Trip will open for registration to all Mountaineers at 8:00 a.m. on April 14. This is a lovely hike through woods and some marshlands which we will do in a counter clockwise direction with a rest stop at the falls before completing the loop back to the parking lot.

This has become a popular area for recreational use in the Capitol Forest but motorized vehicles are prohibited on the trails we will hike. Some sections are open to horses and bikers, but mid-week should have few others except for hikers. There is a nice variety of terrain with some ups and downs and may have wet or muddy places but generally it is in good condition.
Final details will be sent to registered participants prior to the hike.
