We will meet at the Ira Spring Trailhead at 8:00 am. You will need a Northwest Forest Pass for this trailhead. We will want to be geared up and ready to go at the trailhead shortly after our 8:00 start time. The exit to the Ira Spring Trail is off of Exit 45. The drive to the trailhead once you have gotten off of the freeway is about a half hour. Directions will follow in the Welcome to the Hike e-mail.
This is a day hike on the Ira Spring Trail to Mason Lake. This is great hike with views on the way up to the lake. The weather report for Saturday is looking very good. We will take stops as needed on the way up for hydration and snacks. We will have lunch at the lake before we go back down.
