Day Hike - Glines Canyon Spillway Overlook

11.5 moderate hike to Giles Dam and along the old Lake Miles Trail, then along the old Lake Miles lakebed.

This will be a 11.5 mile hike to the old Giles Dam on the Elwha River, then along the old Lake Miles Trail, then back through Smokey Bottom, which is the old Lake Miles Lakebed. After the hike we can do a short side trip to Madison Falls.

We will meet at the Elwha Trailhead off of the Olympic Hot Springs Road on Saturday June 10th at 8:30am.
