Morning workout! Challenge yourself with a one hour quad-strengthening, heart-healthy workout with a friendly, supportive group on the Forbes Creek Stairs in Kirkland. This is part of a series of conditioning stair climbs in Seattle and Kirkland this winter. Rain or shine.

Stair climbing is one of the most efficient activities for improving leg strength and cardiovascular fitness. It's a great low-impact way to get your heart rate up in a short amount of time. We'll do a couple of warm-up reps then you're free to do as many repetitions as you can within 30-40 minutes at your own pace. Optional social/coffee afterwards.

Meet at 9 AM at the small parking area at the bottom of the stairs on the intersection of Forbes Creek Dr. and 108th Ave NE in Kirkland. Details will be sent the evening before the event.
