This 9.5-mile thru hike will begin at the Owyhigh Lakes Trailhead and will be a one-way trip with car shuttle finishing at the Ohanapecosh Campground. The trail will be largely descending through the Chinook Creek Valley. While we are in the area, we will also hike the short Grove of the Patriarchs Trail and the Hot Springs Nature Trail. The distance of these side trips is included in the posted trip mileage.

An America the Beautiful Pass or Mt. Rainier National Park Pass is required to park at the entry and exit points. All participants on this trip must be comfortable with a car shuttle.
