Basic Snowshoe - Bench & Snow Lakes

This is a photography field trip where the pace will be slow to allow plenty of picture opportunities and the destination optional. It is a winter trip, so we will be departing the Narada Falls parking lot. Distance is approximately 3.5 miles one way.

This is a winter trip and we will starting at the Narada Falls Parking lot, following the wonderland trail out to reflection lakes, before continuing down the road to the trailhead to Bench Lake.  Depending upon the group and time availability, Snow Lake may be attempted.  This is a photography trip so the pace will be slow with many stops to allow pictures to be taken.  The goal of the trip is pictures not the destination.  With the distance and pictures stops, please plan for a full day at the mountain.  It is approximately 3.5 miles one-way to Snow Lake.

7:30 am at the Roy Y park-n-ride at the intersection of SR 7 and SR703
