Ridge scramble tags both The Palisades and  Marcus Peak, starting from Sunrise Point. We'll follow the Palisades Lakes Trail past a few alpine lakes before heading off-trail toward the saddle, then traverse the ridgeline. Expect a mix of boot paths, talus, steep heather, and a few scrambly moves—mostly Class 2, with short sections of Class 3 near The Palisades summit. Please be okay with loose scree and moderate exposure.
