Leader's notes

Great scramble. A few notes:

1. Must be in decent shape and have passed ice axe field trip!!! Please only sign up if you have been getting your Si or equivalent conditioners in. You should be able to do Si with a 20lb pack in 2 hrs or less.

2. When signing up list what you have been doing to get in shape over the past 1-2 months

3. Expectation to have fun and be flexible.

4. We will go only if weather and avy conditions look favorable.

5. If we get a co-leader or assistant instructor i'll add more participant spots. Intermediate Student OK!
