Alpine Scramble - Humpback Mountain
This will be a great snow scramble for students! We will be heading up the northwest route of Humpback Mountain. Milage and elevation gain may vary depending on if the gate is open at Tinkham Road NF 55. If gate is closed this could be closer to an 8 mile trip.

We will be scrambling the northwest route. It looks like we will have a cloudy day with little precipitation. Maybe see some sun. There should be about 8-12 inches of fresh snow near the summit. Scramble students welcome!

There is moderate avalanche risk, more so on the northeast side of Humpback. https://nwac.us/
We will meet at Tibbetts Skate Park at 7:00 am. Carpool to Humpback TH unless the gate is closed then we will hike up the Tinkham road. Detailed email will be sent out tomorrow.
