An evening with David B. Williams: A conversation on his writing life, his upcoming book, and the importance of independent nonprofit publishing.

Join us for an exclusive virtual event as author David B. Williams and Acquisitions Editor Emily White dive into the craft of storytelling and the vital role of independent nonprofit publishing in the outdoor landscape.

A central focus of this  conversation will be David's forthcoming book, In The Range of Fire & Ice: A Human and Natural History of Washington's Cascades. They will discuss the themes, the extensive research, and the "making of" this definitive look at one of our region's most iconic landscapes.

  • The writing life. A look at David’s interests and writing styles, revisiting his previous works and the curiosities that drive him.
