Conflict Resolution: Take Difficult Conversations from Unwanted to Productive - Snohomish County PUD

Evening seminar on conflict resolution and how to be more successful when having difficult conversations. This workshop is facilitated by Tracy Rekart.

  • Casual

6:30-8:30pm in the TC2-BC room at the Snohomish County PUD (Large Upstairs Room)

Difficult conversations are hard to manage. They feel wild and unstructured. They often occur unplanned. And a positive outcome is uncertain. In a successful difficult conversation, all voices are encouraged, heard, and respected. They have structure. And they probably turn out better than usual. Come engage in this interactive workshop to practice a difficult conversation and learn structures to support productive dialogue. For this session, we’ll discuss privilege – a real, relevant, and uncomfortable topic – to practice difficult conversations in a safe and supportive space.
