Partnership, Conflict Resolution, and Feedback - The Mountaineers - 2020

Outdoor Leadership Course

Partnership, Feedback, and Conflict Resolution

In this three-part webinar series, participants will learn to improve their leadership through effective communication.

Effective communication and the ability to create connections with others are key components of good leadership. This three-part webinar series will explore:

  • Partnership - How to create a solid start to partnership through explicit conversations about boundaries, decisions, feedback, and conflict.
  • Conflict Resolution - Evolve conflict and remember what is important. Identify the "what" that creates the conflict, name how you feel, and know what is at stake for you.
  • Feedback - Learn to be specific with the reason for feedback, how to see the person's positive intention, and how when and how to share your impact.
