Interactive & Responsive Facilitation - 2020

Outdoor Leadership Course

Interactive & Responsive Facilitation

In this two-part webinar series with Tracy Rekart, volunteers will learn to improve their group facilitation.

Facilitation requires an awareness about and connection to the call and response between you and your audience. Every audience is different. How do you teach your content and allow yourself to be influenced by the needs of your students? This is an interactive course. Be prepared for dialogue. You will learn and practice some simple skills and techniques and then reflect upon how you might use these in your courses.
