Gear Grab: Beacon Hill, Seattle

Have gear, want gear? Stop by the gear grab to find gently used outdoor equipment from your fellow northwest adventurers! Plus get gear repaired from Rainy Pass Repair!

Gear can be expensive and it's hard to know what to buy. The Gear Grab is not only a great place to pick up gently used gear but its also an opportunity to talk with Mountaineers leaders about their favorite gear and what might be worth the investment.

The Gear Grab is open to all members and the general public. Bring cash and stop by anytime between 10 am and 12 pm.

Rainy Pass Repair will also have a table and be available to talk about gear repair AND will have a sewing machine and some other repair tools available to make repairs on-site!

Interested in selling gear?

Include in your RSVP notes that you'd like to be a seller and whether you need a half  or full table (or email info@mountaineers.org with your name and that information). Set up for gear vendors would start at 9 am.

Please note that we encourage 10% of proceeds from gear sales to be donated to The Mountaineers (we have a form that makes this very easy that sellers can fill out at the end of the night). And don't forget this event is happening in Beacon Hill (Central/South Seattle) instead of at the Seattle Program Center in Magnuson Park.
