This longer backpacking trip will be circumnavigating Mount Rainier via the Wonderland Trail if we get permits. If not, we will choose another very beautiful place to backpack!

Itinerary:

7/30: South Creek Campground (drive-up, spend the night, get packs ready)

7/31: Bench Creek Camp

8/1: Juanita Lake

8/2: Purple Point

8/3: Purple Point

8/4: Prince Creek

8/5: Baldy Mountain Camp

8/6: Lake Juanita

8/7: Out war creek trail, drive home (it’s one day shorter than the Wonderland Trail trip)


 

We are leaving the evening of the 29th or very early on the 30th to get a good start to our first day!

Michael and Logan are the trip leaders.
