Giving Structured Feedback - 2021

Outdoor Leadership Course

Giving Structured Feedback

In this three-part webinar series with Tracy Rekart, participants will learn a structured method for providing effective feedback.

Feedback is nuanced. Sometimes feedback surprisingly produces connection between you and another. Other times, not so much. Often, people offer feedback consciously by reviewing what they have to say and building data to prove the relevance of their feedback. Most people are unconscious about the structure of the feedback delivery relying on what they have always done or just hoping to get through it. This course will teach you how to anchor yourself to stay on track with your feedback and structure the feedback in an interactive model that builds connection. This is an interactive course. Come with feedback gone right and wrong stories and be prepared for dialogue.
