Climbers of Color
Climbers of Color is a Washington State nonprofit that exists to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the climbing and mountaineering community by developing leaders of color. To accomplish its mission, Climbers of Color provides supportive mentorship, technical training and access to key resources including gear and scholarships.
The Mountaineers® serves as a fiscal sponsor for Climbers of Color so that supporters can make tax-deductible donations to the organization. This means that the Mountaineers passes 100% of the donations to Climbers of Color. Donor contact information will be shared with Climbers of Color leadership and will not be shared in any other way.
Donations via check should be made payable to "The Mountaineers" with "Climbers of Color" in the memo and sent to 7700 Sand Point Way NE Seattle, WA 98115.
